We're getting behind Tasmanian fly fishing and whisky legend Bill Lark’s Scottish Triathlon (fishing, golfing, whisky-drinking), a 2-person teams event in the lower highlands of Tasmania on the weekend of November 6-8.
You can even buy partners to up your winning chances; Peter Hayes, Bill Lark and Karen Brooks have each made themselves available via an auction to help you win.

Over the course of the weekend, participants chose their timing to head out either in pairs or separately, to start amassing golf points, catch trout along Ratho’s riverfront or well-stocked dam, or go to your own secret fishing location within a 45 minutes drive from Ratho Farm.

In addition to that Essential Flyfisher is donating a Hardy rod, plus reel, line and box of flies to be auctioned Saturday evening. See below. There may even be bonus points if you catch a fish with this on Sunday.

Friday: (optional) check in from 2pm, golf and fishing (no scores to count), Welcome dinner from 6.30pm inc. whisky tasting with Bill Lark.
Saturday: Breakfast from 8am and Triathlon Day 1; golf and fishing from 9am to 6.30pm, and evening dinner, auction and Whisky Tasting Quiz from 8pm.
Sunday: Breakfast from 8am and Triathlon Day 2; golf and fishing from 9am to 3pm and presentations from 4pm.
