Jules and I are going fishing - and Allan has already left. Allan is fishing for Barra in NT - Bynoe Harbor and back on Monday, but we are just away for the day chasing trout somewhere.
Reality is that it is Launceston Show Day and a gazetted public holiday. Jules and I are on a research and development day, so we will have a lot to report on return.
The cracking top photo is a lovely small stream trout Jules caught last weekend - on a dry fly.
Below that is a Permit I caught with Allan "Fish' Philiskirk a week or so ago out of Weipa.
We don't just sit in the shop and talk fishing we go every chance we get.
